How Astralis One collects, uses, and protects your information. Last updated July 2026.
What we collect
- Contact details you submit through our forms (name, email, company, message).
- Conversations with our website assistant, including text chats and voice consultations, when you choose to use them.
- Basic technical information (IP address, browser type) used for security and rate limiting.
How we use consultation conversations
- Conversations with the Teardown Assistant — including voice pre-consultations — are used to prepare your consultation and are retained for that purpose. We take notes during voice sessions (we tell you this at the start of every call) so your Teardown is fully prepped before we talk.
- If you decline note-taking at the start of a voice session, the conversation continues in text and no transcript is saved.
- We never ask for, and do not store, protected health information, payment card data, Social Security numbers, or passwords. If such details are volunteered, they are redacted from our records.
What we never do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not use your conversations to train AI models.
- We do not share your information with third parties except the infrastructure providers that run this site (hosting, AI processing), each bound by their own confidentiality obligations.
Retention & your rights
- Consultation records are kept while your inquiry is active and deleted upon request.
- To access, correct, or delete anything we hold about you, email admin@astralisone.com. We respond within 30 days.
